We are almost saying goodbye to 2021, and what a year it has been.
At the clinic we have been surrounded and supported by the loveliest friends and clients, old and new, with the latest members of our team joining us; creating an ever-growing family here and we just want to Thank you all for supporting us as we wouldn’t be here with out you all.
Christmas is a time of sparkle and love, seeing our nearest and dearest, this year we are definitely going to make up for last year’s lockdown (where we can in the safest manner!).
Using this time as positive reflection we are also aware it can be stressful on times and we are here to help lighten the load. We lead increasingly busy lives and it can be easy to forget to put yourself first, but looking after yourself will make you feel better, and the better you feel, the better you will be in all areas of your life – from work to relationships.
Our founder Daniela is a big believer in making selfcare a priority and this is part of our ethos, while its popularity might sound recent, self-care is not a new concept to us. Self-care is just what it sounds like: taking care of yourself and we have been looking after generations of clients in this way for years.
As well as helping to calm your nerves, taking time to relax and look after yourself can have a positive impact on the way you see yourself: treating yourself with kindness can make you look upon yourself more kindly.
Studies have found that people with higher self-esteem find it easier to deal with setbacks and are more likely to achieve goals of self-improvement.
We are not only a Skin & Laser Clinic; we will also look after your hands, feet, face & beauty needs for the festive season, and most importantly we are here for you.
