EMSCULPT Neo® & Body Contouring
EMSELLA™️ for Incontinence & Intimacy
Sit and experience the breakthrough treatment for incontinence and intimate discomfort.
Did you know body aging, childbirth and menopause can lead to incontinence. This is due to the pelvic floor muscles are insufficiently supporting your pelvis organs and affects bladder control.
EMSELLA™️ is a non-invasive electromagnetic stimulation of the pelvic floor musculature using HIFEM® technology for the purpose of rehabilitation of weak pelvic muscles and restoration of neuromuscular control for the treatment of urinary incontinence.
All other procedures such as intravaginal electrostimulation have a risk of burns and lack the effect, as the electrical current treats tissue only superficially, not even mentioning the needs to insert the disposable vaginal probe.
There is scientific research that has shown that 95% of EMSELLA treated patients reported significant improvement to quality of life.
Who is the right candidate for EMSELLA?
Is a great option for women or men of any age who desire a solution for urinary incontinence and improvement in their quality of life.
How long is the treatment? And how many sessions do I need?
Your treatment plan will be tailor made to you, which will be confirmed with in a FREE* no obligation consultation with a practitioner. A typical treatment takes about 30 minutes and you will need about 6 sessions, scheduled twice a week, at least two days apart depending on your needs.
What does the treatment feel like? Is it painful?
There is typically no pain associated with the treatment, and there is not anaesthetic required. You will experience tingling and pelvis floor muscles contractions during the procedure, but most clients feel it is like having a pelvic floor workout. You will remain fully clothed during treatment and you may resume daily activities immediately after the treatment.
Is it safe?
EMSELLA™️ is FDA Cleared, medical CE- Marked and represents the first innovative technology that has shown multiple studies to treat incontinence and intimate discomfort.
How fast will I see results?
This may vary depending on your age, physical condition and many other aspects. In general, you may observe improvements after a single session. The results will typically continue to improve over the following few weeks.
Nothing lasts forever and this will vary according to your health condition. The majority of patients are able to maintain results 6 months after their last treatment session. However, we recommend booking in for a review a few months after your treatment to see if you would benefit from additional treatments. Keeping a healthy lifestyle is the key to maintain your results in the longer term.
EM Sculpt Neo® is considered a breakthrough in non-invasive body shaping. It is the FIRST & ONLY technology that uses Radiofrequency and HIFEM+ (high intensity focused electromagnetic field) to eliminate fat and build muscles compared to any single gold standard product.
How does it work?
- Fat Breakdown – In less than 4 minutes, the temperature in the fat reaches levels that cause their permanent damage.
- Muscle Warm-up – The muscle temperature raises by several degrees, similar to what a warm-up activity does before any work out.
- Supramaximal Contraction – Muscles in the treated area are contracted at intensities that are not achievable during routine exercise.
- After Treatment – The fat cells are slowly removed from the body and the strained muscle fibres initiate a growth process. This results in fat elimination and muscle building.
On average you gain +25% MORE muscle and -30% LESS fat.
The treatment itself only takes 30 minutes to complete, and a full consultation is required before we can proceed with treatment.
A course of 4 treatments is required, and the client will need to commit to 1 treatment every week.
We are the ONLY in Wales to have the EM Sculpt Neo Edge.

Am I a suitable candidate?
A full medical history check will be completed before we can confirm, but a client is required to have a BMI of <35 which can be checked with in your consultation for you.
Is there any downtime associated with this treatment?
No, this is a non-invasive treatment so there is no downtime or any pre-treatment preparation needed.
How fast will I see results?
You begin to feel tangible results right after the treatments. Positive results are usually reported two to four weeks after the last session of treatment and will continue to improve for several weeks following treatment.
Cryolipolysis/ Non-surgical Fat Reduction
How does Fat Freezing / Cryolipolysis work?
This is a completely safe and non-invasive treatment, so there are no cuts or any form of surgical process involved.
The cryo cup is placed on the selected area and is cooled for around 45-60 minutes depending on fat thickness (tailored to each client). The fat cells will crystalise and will no longer function in their usual way, allowing it to be broken down. Over the next following weeks/months the fat will continually break down and is removed from your body (the extent of this depends on the individual and whether aftercare guidelines have been followed).
Some people report pulling on the skin but it is not at all painful. The whole treatment is largely pain free and comfortable, but some report light bruising and tenderness after treatment.
Clinically proven as an effective alternative, if wanting to avoid higher surgical costs, pain, risks and recovery time.
What results will I have following treatment?
Studies show up to 45% reduction in fat cells but No Guarantees can be made on exact results. Some clients have seen results in the first week, although 12 weeks is the estimated time for maximum results. The clinical studies also show that 9 out of 10 people saw a great reduction.
As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle and do not have excessive fat intake then the fat will not return. No exercise is required for results, but for best results you must follow the aftercare guidance given.
