Injectables & Fillers

Injectable treatments are clinician-led aesthetic procedures designed to restore volume, soften expression lines and enhance facial structure, while maintaining a natural, refreshed appearance.

Our in-house medical professionals have an in-depth understanding of facial anatomy, allowing them to deliver safe, precise and tailored results. Every treatment begins with a full facial assessment, including muscle movement and facial structure, followed by a discussion about your goals before confirming a personalised treatment plan and pricing.

As we age, natural levels of hyaluronic acid, elastin and collagen reduce, alongside the effects of sun exposure and changes in facial fat, muscle activity and bone structure. These changes can lead to loss of firmness, reduced elasticity and the formation of static and dynamic lines. Injectable treatments are designed to address these changes in a targeted and controlled way.

Wrinkle relaxing injections

Wrinkle relaxing injections work by gently reducing the signals between specific facial nerves and muscles. This helps soften muscle overactivity and smooth the lines created by repeated facial movement, particularly across the upper third of the face.

Common treatment areas include:

Worry lines
Frown lines
Laugh lines
Crow’s feet

Prices start from £180 for one area and up to £250 for three areas, depending on the dose required.

Results vary depending on muscle strength and the amount of product used. Most clients require a top-up at around 3 to 4 months, although some clients experience results lasting up to 6 months.

Dermal fillers are used to restore lost volume, improve facial contours and support skin structure for subtle, natural-looking and longer-lasting results.

Our in-house doctor uses hyaluronic acid fillers, which are naturally found within the skin and are both reversible and well-established for safety. All fillers contain a local anaesthetic to improve comfort and are combined with topical numbing cream prior to treatment.

Fillers are used either to enhance facial shape and volume, such as cheek or chin augmentation, or to soften deeper lines and folds.

Common treatment areas include:

Frown lines
Tear troughs
Nose to mouth lines
Marionette lines
Lip enhancement

We use established HA filler brands including Juvederm Voluma, Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Volift.

For lip enhancement, we prefer Juvederm Ultra 3 or Juvederm Volift to achieve a balanced result that enhances both shape and definition without creating an overfilled or artificial look.

Where appropriate, the cannula technique is used to reduce discomfort, minimise bruising and lower overall risk.

Due to the natural movement of the lips and the gradual breakdown of hyaluronic acid, results usually last between 4 and 6 months before a top-up is recommended.

Prices start from £250.

Non-surgical nose and jaw enhancement uses dermal fillers to improve facial balance, correct minor asymmetry and refine profile structure.

Using advanced hyaluronic acid fillers such as Restylane Perlane, Restylane Lyft, Juvederm Ultra 3, Juvederm Volift and Juvederm Voluma, this treatment can be used to smooth small bumps, improve alignment, lift the nasal bridge and subtly reduce the appearance of nostril flare. It can also be used to enhance and define the jawline.

Results are visible immediately and typically last between 8 and 18 months before a top-up may be required.

Unlike surgical rhinoplasty, there is no extended downtime and clients can return to normal activities shortly after treatment.

Average prices range from £300 to £600, depending on the filler and treatment area.

All injectable treatments require a consultation to assess your facial structure, muscle activity and skin quality. This ensures the safest approach and allows us to design a bespoke plan aligned with your natural features and aesthetic goals.
