I attended the beauty advance to know more about Emsella with an intention of using it. I initially booked my appointment through Sophie who was very thorough and made my initial free consultation. When I went for my consultation I did the routine formality of filling in forms and then saw Alana followed by India. They took me through all the details of the procedure and also offered to find out more about my queries. They did not impose the procedure on me but advised that only when they are satisfied that it will help my requirements, then only they will recommend. I was very impressed with that approach as normally in the private sector, treatments are pushed. I am waiting to hear from them and all being well hopefully will book my first treatment soon. 3
